The Skills4Employability Final Conference, hold online the 19th of October 2021, was a key event to present the final project results collected in the “Soft Skills Assessment Guidelines”* and discuss them with our partners and stakeholders. The second part of the event consisted on a Round Table with invited speakers, both from the academic and labour market sectors, where questions and issues about the importance of soft skills in the current academic and labour landscape were discussed. Academic managers, faculty staff and researchers, and other key stakeholders, were invited to join and actively participate in the open discussion.
